Attendance/Absence

* 75% attendance is essential for the promotion to the next class.
* No leave is granted except on prior application from the parents/guardians for plausible reasons only.
* In case of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances the students returning to parents/guardians . in case of sickness a medical certificate from a registered medical practicener has to be submitted.
* Repeated absence, without leave or unexplained leave for fifteen consecutive days renders the students liable to have his name struck off the rolls.
* All are expected to attend school on the opening day after the summer vacation , puja vacation and winter vacation.
* Absence for more than three days immediately after these vacation renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
* A students returning to school after suffering from an infectious disease should produce a doctor`s certificate permitting him to resume his studies in the school.
* The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school (not necessarily notifying the cause to the parents)

Academic : Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to profit from the educational programme of the school.

Fee in Arrear : Those who have not deposited the fee for two consecutive months ,once the name is struck off the school rolls, re-admission will be considered only after the payment of all the arrears and fresh admission fees provided a seat is available.

Disciplinary : Those whose behaviour in the opinion of the principal is harmful to the interest of the school, may be struck off.
