Library Rules

1. Books will be loaned to each reader for seven days. If necessary the books can be reissued for another seven days provided no other reader has made any request for such books.
2. Books should be returned to the library before the due date written on the date slip. In case of any delay, fixed fine will be charged.
3. No books will be issued to those readers with whom any amount of the school is out standing.
4. Readers are advised to inform immediately the librarian if the readers library cards is lost otherwise readers shall be fully responsible for misuse of the cards . second library card will be issued only after payment of library card fee.
5. The librarian reserves the right of issuing or not issuing any book if the demand for such book is more.
6. The librarian reserves will not receive such books/magazines from the reader which is in torn state. So while taking books reader should see the book if it is in torn state in any manner. The students are advised not to tear the pages or wrappers.
7. It is compulsory for students to get no objection from the librarian when they demanded for transfer certificate similarly. The students should produce NOC from the librarian when they have to get Admit Cards for 10th or 12th exam.
